GTEN Spring 2018 Conference by ATEA Silicon Valley

American Tamil Entrepreneurs Association (ATEA), Silicon Valley chapter has started planning for GTEN (Global Tamil Entrepreneurs Network) Spring 2018 Conference. We had a successful GTEN Spring event in 2017. We had Tamil entrepreneurs attending from US, Singapore, and India.

GTEN Spring 2018 has been tentatively scheduled for May 3, 2018. This is a day prior to the TiEcon 2018 in Santa Clara, California.

GTEN Spring will include several program segments similar to last year:

  • Keynotes
  • Panel discussions
  • Startup Pitch session

Finalist startups from our Startup Pitch Fest (tentatively planned for March 2018) will have an opportunity to present in the pitch session in GTEN Spring 2018.

If you are not an member yet, please do become an ATEA Member as the annual membership will be valid until December 31, 2018.

ATEA Announces GTEN World in Silicon Valley

Update: ATEA GTEN World conference stands postponed. Plans will be announced later.

American Tamil Entrepreneurs Association (ATEA) is excited to announce GTEN World 2017 Conference in Silicon Valley. The event is scheduled for October 14-15, 2017.

ATEA recently organized GTEN (Global Tamil Entrepreneurs Network) spring session in Silicon Valley, which was well received by the participants.

As the name suggests, GTEN World 2017 is expected to attract interest from Tamil entrepreneurs and participants from across the world.

GTEN World will be a two day conference with eminent speakers from US and abroad sharing their stories and expertise. Keynotes, Panel discussions, Lightning talks, Startup Pitching, Hackathon, Networking, and Mentor Connect segments will be part of the conference.

Over 50 distinguished speakers and 700 attendees (entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, executives, youth and students) are expected to be part of GTEN World 2017.

Twitter VP Nandini Ramani To Keynote in ATEA GTEN Spring 2017 Event

Nandini Ramani VP TwitterNandini Ramani, Vice President – Engineering, Twitter will be a keynote speaker in GTEN (Global Tamil Entrepreneurs Network) Spring 2017 meet in Santa Clara, California – organized by ATEA (American Tamil Entrepreneurs Association). She will talk about her experiences and lessons for intrapreneurs.

Nandini will also moderate the panel discussion on Women In Business. Veena Kumaravel, co-founder of Naturals Salon and Spa (India), Sudha Michel, co-founder of NeoAccell, and Sowmiya Chocka Narayanan, co-founder and CTO of Lily App will be the Women in Business panel members.
