Prabakar Sundarrajan of The Fabric will moderate the panel discussion on Entrepreneurship in GTEN Spring 2017 organized by ATEA, Silicon Valley on May 4, 2017.
Prabakar Sundarrajan is an experienced serial entrepreneur. He is currently the Co-founder and Chief Strategist of The Fabric, which co-creates networking companies with other entrepreneurs.
Previously, Prabakar drove Juniper’s content and media strategy and the technology for its media delivery infrastructure solutions. Prior to joining Juniper via the acquisition of Ankeena, Prabakar co-founded Ankeena Networks. Before that he was at Citrix Systems, driving the technology vision and product strategy of the company’s Application Networking Group. Prabakar joined Citrix via its acquisition of NetScaler Inc., where he served as CTO and EVP of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.
Prior to Netscaler, Prabakar was Senior VP of Technology at Exodus Communications. Prabakar has over 25 years of leadership experience in the hi- tech industry where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning engineering, marketing and business strategy at companies such as Intel, HP and IBM. Prabakar has served on the board of directors and/or technical advisory board of several companies and is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).
Prabakar holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and B.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
AG Karunakaran (AGK) is the President and CEO of MulticoreWare. AGK has 25 years experience in General Management, Engineering and Marketing for the computing, semi-conductor and embedded markets.
AGK was the founding President and CEO of GDA Technologies Inc., a leading Intellectual Property licensing and electronics design services Company. GDA was purchased by L & T Infotech, India in March 2007. At GDA, he was responsible for leadership development, growth strategy, prudent cash management and worked with leading Semiconductor companies to commercialize the silicon intellectual property blocks. Under his leadership GDA made it to the INC 500 list, Si100 lists, grew to 400 employees, delivered on significant product development engagements with leading systems and semiconductor companies and became a leading supplier of High speed Serial I/O Semiconductor Intellectual blocks. He has deep experience in bootstrapping companies and in strategic M&A transactions, having consummated deals for GDA with L&T Infotech and Rambus.
AGK is also involved with community activities via Indian Community Center (ICC) and Pratham.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology and Research.
